How Does an ORDER Vehicle Work?
When a vehicle on our website is marked “ORDER,” it means the unit is not currently in stock, but we may be able to locate a similar vehicle for you through our network of trusted partners and auctions.
Here’s how the process works:
- Submit an inquiry Request by calling (870) 292-6050 during normal business hours.
Tell us the vehicle you’re interested in, along with any preferences such as trim level, mileage range, color choices, and your budget. - We begin the Search immediately
We check reputable auctions, partner dealerships, leasing and rental wholesalers, and national wholesale networks we are connected with to help you find the matching vehicles you desire to purchase. - Next, We Send You a Real Vehicle Details Report and any available Data on vehicles we may find.
When we find a match, we will provide:- Actual photos
- Condition information
- Vehicle Star Rating 1 to 5 – (5 stars being the best)
- Actual odometer reading
- All listed Equipment/features
- Our best no-hassle sale price up-front in writing.
- Financing options (If you intend to finance, of course)
- Any available vehicle history data
- Then You Decide With No Pressure

If you want to proceed, we will print all the necessary paperwork, and both the seller and buyer will sign the purchase documents - Vehicle Arrival
The dealer arranges pickup or transportation of the vehicle to the dealership. Typically, the located vehicle arrives at our dealership within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on availability and transportation. We will give you an approximate time of arrival. - Final Inspection & Delivery
Once delivered to the dealership, you may inspect and test-drive the vehicle, and confirm that the located vehicle is as described in the Real Vehicle Details Report we provided.
